Hello!

Welcome to my website. I’m Jonathan Clemons, currently, I am a 9 to 5 worker that practices yoga, lifts regularly, and runs marathons. I hope to give you the very best information on living with more intent and discipline by providing tips and tricks for crosstraining, workout plans, faith-based growth, and reviews on products, races, and books.

There are so many forms of crosstraining, however, my focus will be on providing information on running and yoga. Upon my sophomore year of college, I realized I was not where I wanted to be in life. I got trapped in the monotonous grind of drinking and eating terribly. Realizing something needed to change, I started to conduct my fitness journey with intent and discipline, which made all the difference. I have learned a lot in these past few years and I am going to share the information I have learned through other people and experiences.
